The General Entertainment Authority organised several concerts to celebrate Eid al-Fitr in cities across Saudi Arabia. The three concerts, held in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam, featured artists from Rotana Music Group. The concerts were highly successful, attracting large audiences who packed out the venues. The performers sang a mix of old classics and new songs that had not previously been performed in public. Rashed al-Majed, said that he was very happy to be part of the events, adding that they were the product of a very high artistic standard, due to the cooperation between the organising groups. Rabeh Saqer, who performed in Dammam, expressed his delight at spending Eid with his family, while Emirati artist Abdullah AlMistiri revealed that he will be releasing a new album soon, and that he had enjoyed singing the songs of other artists during his performance. Zaina Emad, who recently signed a contract with Rotana, revealed that she will soon be releasing her first album. Abadi Al-Johar ended the Eid celebrations with a performance in Riyadh, during which he announced that he would be releasing a mini-album soon.
