Actor Amr Youssef revealed that his wife, Kenda Alloush, enjoyed watching his latest movie "Shaqw" and that she is a tough critic. Youssef spoke about the movie in an interview on the "Arab Wood" program on Instagram, stating that the cast underwent significant transformations for their roles, and that he is proud to have worked with them. He also discussed the years-long process of preparing for the film, and expressed his hope that it will please audiences. "Shaqw" has broken box office records during the third day of the Eid Al-Fitr holiday, earning EGP 9.8 million and becoming the highest grossing movie in the history of Eid film releases. The movie stars Youssef, along with Mohammed Mamdouh, Dina El Sherbiny, Amina Khalil, Yousra, Mohammed Jumaa, and Abbas Abu Al-Hassan. It was written by Wisam Sabri and directed by Karim El-Sobky, and was released in Egypt during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday. It will be released in other Arab countries following the holiday by 10 days.
