After the doctor Fouad performs an operation on Shams and saves her life, she gets attached to him and asks him to marry him, to hide from her that he is related to Narges, for fear of her deteriorating health condition, so that he marries her and Narges at the same time, and convinces Shams that Narges is his sister, to escalate events.
