An Egyptian actor whose father was a journalist, while her mother was working in public service activities and her Grand Father “Youssef Darwish” was a well known political activist.

She graduated from the faculty of English literature, Cairo University, and started to work as a presenter in several satellite channels.

In 1999, the director Yousri Nasralla chose her for a role in his movie “El Madina”, before she even graduates from university, then she got a role in the movie “Al Nazer” in the year 2000, with the director Sherif Arafa.

She has several TV series such as: Amira Fi Abdeen, Ta’ala Nehlam be Bokra, Hekayat Zog Mo’aser, El Eyada, Khas Gedan, and Kesset Hob. 

She got awards for her roles in the movies: Leilet Sokout Baghdad, El Na’ama Wel Tawoos, Le’ebet El Hob, and Zay El Naharda.
