    Rotana offers a comprehensive Compensation and Benefits package that allows employees to share in its financial success. Following an established grading structure, all potential employees are placed in our job grade scheme and receive a monetary compensation accordingly. As part of this package, employees receive a housing allowance and a transportation allowance. In some cases and depending on the scope of the position, we provide a mobile and a fuel allowance to aid in their daily obligations. We conduct periodic analysis on our grading structure to ensure that Rotana remains competitive in our industry. Rotana also provides a wide range of benefits aside from its monthly compensation. All employees' receive medical insurance coverage for them and their dependents which will give them access to the country's top medical services. They also receive airline tickets to the employee's place of residence for them, their spouse and their children. Other benefits include but are not limited to; thirty days of paid annual leave, severance pay, and social insurance that aids in contributing to the employee's retirement plan.     We want to understand what makes you unique and so reach that understanding, in a fair and accurate way, we use standardized assessments that provide a comprehensive picture of your experience, skills and abilities, We use this information, along with a review of your skills, qualifications and traditional interviews, to identify those candidates who will bring those qualifications and skills that will aid in the success of our business.

    Initial Interview Step:

    Initial interviews are about getting to know one another. To learn more about your talents and capabilities, our interviewers will ask you about your past experiences, accomplishments as well as your future aspiration. Our interviews are unique in that they’ve been designed to predict the likelihood of a successful fit between you and Rotana. As part of the interview, you also will have the opportunity to ask us questions and learn more about Rotana.

    Final Interview Step:

    At this step, we take time to explore your interests & technical experience in greater detail and offer you more exposure to our company’s culture and our people, after this final round of interviews; we’ll notify you of our decision.
